How to register on our website
On the top menu go to the MyDream link and click on Register
This will take you to the Registration page. Here you need to:
- Tick the radio box to register as Customer
- Provide your name
- Provide your username of your choice (not your email)
- Provide your email address
- You can upload a profile photo (optional)
- Click the button to Register
Following this you will be sent an email to reset your password. On that email please click the link that will lead you to the Reset your Password page. Please check your junk folder, if you do not receive an email on your normal inbox.
Once you click on the link and the page opens, you can enter your password of choice. Ignore any potential error messages on the screen before you input your password. Press the button get new password.
Once this is done, you should get a success message and you will be able to login using your username or email and your password.
Once you've logged in, you will see that the Login button changes to the words Logout
Once you are registered and login you can save your favourite properties by clicking the heart icon on each property (top right corner of listing).
You can also save your searches. Select all the search criteria on the search box and then click the Save Search button.
You can check your saved properties and searches on your profile. Just click on the My Profile link under the MyDream link on the header menu.
Once you save a search you can get updates on your emails about new or updated properties that fit your search criteria. You can set the frequency of these emails on your profile as well. The default is to get no updates.
